I am interested in purchasing a β COLORED BLANK COMPLETE β Blue/Tealβ for my daughter but she would need a 8.5 size. When will you get these in stock? Can you fully assemble it as well? Lastly, if I were to get a tool with my order, what type of tool would I need? Are they all the same?
Erika Totanes –
Hopefully soon. You can join our mailing list to be notified when weβve restocked! Just select the board and size that is out of stock, then make sure you include a valid email address.
Completes come fully assembled unless requested otherwise. I recommend our Braille Skate Tool. It’s all the tools you need in one tool. π
HS –
Does this board have the same high quality materials as the boards like the Aron kyro dragon and the slushy shredders?
Erika Totanes –
Absolutely! π

Abdullah –
So, im interested into buying the teal complete skateboard but the only available size is the 8.5. Now this skateboard will be my first, so do you recommend me getting a size 8.5 as a first? (my shoe size is 41.5 Euro)
Erika Totanes –
Hi Abdullah,
8.5 might be too wide for your first board, but every skater has their own preference. I recommend trying an 8.0 first.
Farhaan –

Do I get the option to choose the skateboards wheel size when ordering it? because I don’t really see it
Melissa Pope –
Hi there! You can leave a request for the wheel size you’d like in the Order Notes which is located at the bottom left after clicking “Proceed to checkout” π
Samir –
Hi, i just placed an order for my board. The only question i have is are the 8.0 trucks too big for the 7.75 skateboard? If so can i still ride it?
Melissa Pope –
You can definitely still ride a 7.75 with 8.00 trucks, there will be a small 1/8″ overhang from the larger trucks which would only be a problem for certain tricks. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Eli pearson –
Hello, I am new to skate boarding so I need to know what would be good for my first board. I have a size 10 1/2 shoe.
Melissa Pope –
I would say anything between 7.5 and 8.0 would be a great size for you to start π
Logan fowler –
Are these low or high trucks?
Melissa Pope –
They are considered mids π
Collin –
I have a twelve year old son and his shoe size is 4.5 what size board do you recomend?
Melissa Pope –
Hi Collin! 7.5 or 8.0 are a great place to start and then he’ll develop his preferences as he rides more.
Zach white –
I am really bad at putting on grip tape but I would like my board to come unassembled. Can you guys put on the grip tape and then just send the board unassembled?
Melissa Pope –
Hi Zach!
We sure can, just make sure to leave us a detailed note at checkout on what you do and don’t want done to your board π Notes are located at the bottom left of the page after you click “Proceed to checkout”
Zach white –
Hey braille, my Walmart board just broke. There was no pop to it and it was super flimsy. Where should I get my next board? I was thinking about getting a board from you. What do you think?
Melissa Pope –
Hi Zach,
So sorry to hear that! Our Blank Complete is great quality for an affordable price and would be a great place to start. Make sure to check out our Halloween sale going on right now!
angelina –
hey, i have a question , if my shoe size is a 4.5 ( us youth ) what size board do you recommend ? also just to be clear, the grip tape is clear correct ? because i was looking at this board a while ago and i remember seeing that , but now i canβt seem to find where it says clear grip tape
Melissa Pope –
Hi Angelina π
I would recommend a board size between 7.25 – 7.75 depending on your weight and height. We don’t have clear grip tape currently and it’s not something I would recommend because the clear stuff can really tear up your shoes fast. We use solid black Jessup grip as the default but there are other bright colors of Mob grip coming to the website soon!
Luis –
Hey I just busted the bushings so am looking for good quality trucks with good bushings What kind of trucks come with the board?
Melissa Pope –
Hi Luis, right now we have Silver brand trucks for completes but that is subject to change depending on what is available.
Mark –
Will there be a complete, sized 8.0 available soon?
Melissa Pope –
Hi Mark! The website should have plenty of the blank completes in 8.0 https://brailleskateboarding.com/product-category/complete-skateboards/
If you are looking for a specific graphic in that size please contact us at shop@brailleskateboarding.com
Lucas Schultz (verified owner) –

Melissa Pope –
That’s so awesome to hear! Enjoy!
Randolph –
I want to get back into skating after a 15 year break. I used to skate blank decks with venture trucks. How do the trucks that come with this board measure up to venture or independents?
Devin Weber –
Right now we have Mini Logo trucks and wheels in stock, I am not sure how they compare to venture, but they are not at the level of Independent. They are definitely decent trucks, but not that type of pro level.
TT –
Hi. I want a to buy a complete skateboard for my 8 year old son. What would be a good size for him? He weighs 88 lbs and wears size 4 shoes. Thank you.
Devin Weber –
I would go with one of our youth sized decks or a 7.75
